YELLOWSTONE AT REST
This sweet gentlemen was watching over his mate while she took a little siesta. We found this pair in Yellowstone National Park. According to the information we could gather, coyotes are only seen together during mating season. Otherwise, these animals are usually solitary creatures. The rangers we spoke to indicated that their behavior suggested there was a den nearby awaiting the arrival of new pups.
